Return Eligibility

How to Return

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include the return authorization form, if provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 - 5 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items
